My brother is getting a laptop soon, I thought I'd do some research

which is cheaper than on the Dell site esp. if he gets blue cus that costs extra on dell (there is another deal which i think is better, smaller screen, more usb's but its pink)
I was trying to compare processors but was confused because a) I don't get the diff between Pentium Dual Core and Core 2 Duo except that the latter is newer and worth more and b) whether 2GHZ 8MHZ is the same as say 2.8 GHZ and also what Processor Bus is and whether 667Mhz is good

now he's saying he thinks Inspiron 13's are a better deal, would you agree?

hope some of this made sense or you can help with any of it
I'm sure I had an important main question to ask but I've forgotten it now which is why this is a bit all over the place!
