Did your mobo come with a manual? The manuals are more or less a perfect walk through. I'm not sure how much a video tutorial would help you because all mobo have differences and the differences are usually the important ones i.e. jumper settings, power settings. Your best bet is to use your manual if you don't have it the mobo manufacture's website will have a pdf version most likely.
