Upgrading HD in Toshiba Laptop
I am trying to upgrade the HD in my laptop. It is a Toshiba Satellite PS183C-001PK. Originally came with a 20GB HD. I have a 80GD Toshiba HD (MK8032GAX) 2.5" EIDE, 5400, 8MB. I did not clone the drive as I wanted to start from scratch. The computer acted as if no HD was installed. It doesn't show up in the BIOS page.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated (other than buy a new computer  ).
