Could the port be blocked? Have you tried to access it over your private network?

Yes, my isp blocks port 80 so i have it on port 81. I can't access it with my private network either. I tried port 82 just to be sure and that didn't work either.

Hmm...what program are you using? Are you sure it's running. If there's a firewall on it, make sure it's not blocking anything. Um, I'm not sure what else. It shouldn't be too hard to make it work in your private network...

I run easyphp as the web server. Its been working fine for about a month. I don't have a firewall on except on my router and i turned that off and still nothing. Every once in a great while it will get through but thats hardly ever. The problem started a couple days ago when i lost electricity during a thunderstorm for a few minutes and then it came back on. That changed my ip but i changed my server to use that ip. Mabey something is wrong with the ip i don't know.

When i restart easyphp it works, but then after about a minute or two it won't work anymore. Could something be trying to block the webserver?
