Default 50D or D90

I'm debating between two cameras right now (well 3 kinda), the Canon EOS 50D, Nikon D90, and the Nikon D300. I'm leaning towards the 50D just because I have a Speedlight flash for it already, but I'd be willing to sell it and buy a Nikon flash. What really attracts me to the D90 is that it has excellent reviews, and movie mode. Just looking for a few comments from people who own or have used any one of these cameras.

EDIT: I should mention that I have an XSi right now.

I handled both at Best Buy today, and while both felt great I did prefer the 50D both in ergonomics, the menu, and display layout, however the reviews for it haven't been as positive as the D90.

What are these cameras offering you that you don't get from the XSI that you honestly need?

Not so much the IQ, but I'm looking for one that has better low-light ISO performance, since now even ISO 400 is a bit unusable in certain situations, easier to hold (the XSi is just too small), and it looks better

I am selling my 70-300mm for hopefully around $400, and if I sell my XSi for $500 then it would only be a few hundred more to upgrade to the 50D or D90.

We'll I'm not surprised about the size complaint, however I would recommend just keeping the body (as much as I hate the rebel line lol).
Getting some new NICE glass will do a lot more for you then a different body. Also, in all honestly I wouldn't consider the 50D or D90 a worth while jump. Sure they are better cameras, but your better off throwing money towards lenses instead.

Do you print any of your work? What circumstances are you having surrounding the iso noise issue?

Hope that helps

On the flip side I am a HUGE supporter for having a body that you want to use.
If it doesn't feel right then you aren't going to use it.

Besides that though, you'd be getting more for your buck with nicer glass.

Thanks for the input, I must admit I am still using the kit lens (17-55mm IS), I would love to get the 10-22mm and 60mm macro lenses, maybe I'll do that first. One thing I could do is get a battery grip as well to make it feel larger. I'll check out a few more things before deciding

BTW, What camera are you using again?
