Now looking at the drivers,
- You dont need the nvidia drivers from HP, get them from
http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp_2k_61.77
- Now you might even be able to nVidia's mobo drivers (rather, you should be able to), get them from here:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_udp_winxp_4.27 ... do this BEFORE you install the video drivers as I think it comes with the video drivers already

Your NIC drivers should be installed with those mobo drivers
