Question Videos not working from websites

Hey there I'm a noob! I used to be able to watch videos right from different websites. I would just click on the video it would boot up and then there would be a big play symbol on the video to watch it. Now when I click on the videos the screen comes up blank. It has an empty box with a little box in the top left corner with some red and blue. I have no idea why this started or what to do..... please help.... thank you for your time!

More info please.

It says windows cannot find "MSINFO32" please make sure you spelled it correctly. Then it says try again. I typed it in a few times and got the same message.
