Default Powerup for no reason!

OK, I think(hope) I fixed this, but I'm not sure... Just a second ago, I sent my main system to suspend and layed down with my laptop. While in bed, my main system suddenly comes on? OK, so I go over to it and shut it down completely. Within another few minutes, it comes BACK on

I restored the ethernet settings earlier because I was only getting about .5% network utilization(NO KIDDING!). It set remote wake up back on, but I still figured it was hidden enough behind the router's firewall to keep it safe. Is something else kicking it on?

I have also noticed when I flip my firewire DVD-RW on, it comes on. Odd, but it was off, so that wasn't the problem.
