Just need someone's help! I recently purchased a laptop at a pawn shop and it apparently the person it belonged to previously did not take their stuff off. This would be okay, however, there are "administrative locks" on just about everything. I cannot add/remove programs, use certain programs, etc. Have I screwed myself or is there some way around this? Please help if you have any advice. Thanks so much!!

I am assuming it has windows xp or 2000. If it does there is a way to delete all the passwords. There is a CD called Ultimate Boot CD that has this tool on it. Its not easy to use so if you are not very computer savvy I would give someone like myself a call.
