Default nVidia driver problem

Ok so i just bought Red alert 3 off steam (3 days ago) last night as i was playing my screen lit up with a fuzz pattern and refused to do anything. So i used drive sweeper to remove that video driver and installed the newest ones. That fixed the problem until this morning when i went to load up windows it gave me the fuzz pattern after windows says "Welcome". So i boot up in safe mode and try rolling back drivers, installing the new beta, and nothing worked... now i am running my computer with no video drivers so i can use it (i have school work that has to be done on it).

So what would cause me to not be able to install ANY video driver and why would it just all of a sudden start doing that.
