HA! I used to get those speeds when I was using Road Runner, which is a much better service...but Cox is all I can get here.

@Home my line is rated for 2.5MBit/s down, 768KBit/s up (I think, may be 512KBit/s up)
Here my speed is slightly skewed

Your upload speed is much faster than down.. have you tweaked?
