I tried it after I had my modem running for quite some time, and got a pretty bad result (around 1Mbps), but after I restarted my modem, the speed picked a bit up. Any one else notice that?

I have Verizon DSL here in FL and the advertised speed is 3/768. I just can't wait until they strat laying fiber here and I can get FIOS.

I know I'm disqualified because I'm on dial-up Internet. It sucks, too. It takes ~15 minutes to download 1MB. I never get CLOSE to the 53K the FCC limits dial-up to, but no one ever does. Now I'm done ranting.
