Need some help and information please!

Forgot to post my specs my bad

Amd Athlon 64 3500
Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Geforce 6800Gt 256mb PCI-Express (2 Suppost to be in SLI mode wont work)
2 WD Hard Drives
Powerstream 520Watter PSU
Water Cooling
2 Kingmax PC3200 1gb Memory

Ok I posted before of this problem when installing stuff after reformatting my computer. Well the problem happened again so I reformatted again. But this time I wrote down everything that happened dureing the installation.

At the windows installing Screen as it was Installing Windows.

2 Messages pop-uped one after the other You are installing something that has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows XP.

After that it went alittle bit and then these poped up same thing just it gave a device it was installing.

With the has not passed windows logo testing to verify its compatibility with windows XP.

Nvidia CK804 ADMA Controller (v2.7) - This poped up 2 times right after itself.
Nvidia CK804 Parallel ATA Controller (v2.7) - Only Once
Nvidia nForce9(tm) Raid Class Controller - This poped up 2 times after itself.
Nvidia nForce(tm) Raid Class Device - Poped up 3 times right after itself.

Now after the installation of windows and I got into windows. I began to install the drivers off my motherboard CD.

While installing NVIDIA Drivers off my ASUS CD the following messages appeared dureing the installation. Almost the same as above.

Nvidia CK804 ADMA Controller (v2.7) - This poped up 2 times right after itself.
Nvidia CK804 Parallel ATA Controller (v2.7) - Only Once
Nvidia nForce9(tm) Raid Class Controller - This poped up 4 times after itself.

And I believe that was it. Now could this be the cause of my problems with running in SLI MODE?

Because it says also in the message that installing this may cause problem after or in the near future of the installation.

anyone got any ideas on this or what could be wronge? Anything that I can know about this would be nice like what problems it can cause, how to fix it, and why?

ALSO

Any time I install the latest version of my NVIDIA Geforce 6800GT Windows XP file. After windows loading screen goes by it goes to that blue screen or warning and restart. Could this be cause because of the top problem.

The first time I installed windows these problems happened aswell but I was able to run in SLI mode and everything worked just FINE for about month and half and these problems began to happen.
