Volume problems on vista ;(
Hey everyone, my friend referred me to this site and said you might be able to help
 .I've had a compaq desktop running vista for just over a year now and I've had no problems with it at all. Yesterday I unplugged my headphones (which have been working fine) and plugged in a music port wire from my cd player (which usually works), and this pops up..  I tried plugging my headset back in, with no change. Tried restarting a couple of times but no luck. Please help! thanks, April x
