Default compatibility question

i have this computer and i was going to buy two of these in order to get 1gb of ram. i was just wanting to make sure if these would be compatible.

Should be compatible. Just realize you'll have to get rid of the 2x256 you have in there right now

Also, if you've got the spare cash, i would go for a better make than viking. I had 1 x 512Mb stick and it had errors all over it, replaced with Kingston and it was all fine.

2. Thats what replacement are for
3. Just because you had problems with 1 stick doesnt mean the entire brand is bad

it's compatable, but Kingston is a better brand
