Anyone know any good processes managers out there? (free if possible)

something that lets me monitor all the processes that's running like when you do ctl+alt+del and click the processes tab.

it's gotta provide specific information about the running process, so i know exactly what program its affiliated with, and whether or not it is a threat to me comp.
