I noticed yesterday that neither of my DVD drives, reader or writer, were working, they were found by device manager but had the yellow ! and weren't in my computer, so i tried booting with just one in, each tried, and neither showed up, so i tried without any an noticed that there was still a drive labeled
LKVUJWH V85QBWH SCSI cdrom device It has the yellow ! on but it shouldn't even be there in the first place, i have no cd/dvd drives in!! Can anyone explain where this is from or why my drives aren't working? =EDIT= If an admin stumbles upon this could they move it please, put it in laptops by accident, meant to click desktop computers and only noticed it was in the wrong area after i posted Last edit, got it sorted, from another post i had where my nextdoor had a similar problem, only his drive is dead completely so is getting another, somebody posted a fix on the microsoft site, i have run that on my system and it fixed it
