Important Needs: Durability, Longevity(upgradable?)
Things I dont Care about: Size/Weight, aesthetics

Here is what I am considering ATM. THis is not what I have my heart set on. So feel free change my mind and bash my ideas/choices.

Sager NP5797 http://www.sagernotebook.com/product...php?pid=129131

Things I know I want:
- Nvidia GeForce GTX 280M Graphics with 1GB DDR3 Video Memory
- 4GB Dual Channel DDR3 SDRAM at 1066MHz - 2 X 2048MB
- 320GB 7200rpm SATA 300 Hard Drive

Things I dont know enough about to make a choice:
-45nm Intel® Core™ 2 Extreme Processor QX9300 / 12MB L2 Cache, 2.53GHz, 1066MHz FSB (Is a Duo with faster speeds better?)
-2X Blu-ray Reader/8X DVD±R/2.4X +DL Super-Multi Drive & Software (is blue ray going to take over
