is there any free software off the internet i can use to make a web page

please no adware or something like that, that could kill my computer

you can get a dreamweaver trial version. There are others too but I think dreamweaver is the best (excluding notepad).

Notepad does the job fine. You can get online page builders but generally they're not too good. I think you might have to pay something to get something decent. Microsoft Frontpage would be better if your a beginnere but if you feel like a challenge then go for Dreamweaver MX (dreamweaver is more expensive by far).

yes its free, its good for scripting yourself. Its no dreamweaver but then its no dreamweaver price tag

I like the javascript rollove button tool included with that, very nifty. saves a lot of time doin it all yourself.

You could use the MS Frontpage 2003. Its not so complicated to use and it good..
