Default HDD broken screw

Hey guys. So I have a 1 terabyte Western Digital WD10EACS, well actually its the 8mb of cache version but same thing. Any ways One of the screw heads sheered off. It would be a big deal but its the screw that holds the arm that accesses the platters for data on. So now the HDD does not work. Any ideas on how to get it out. The screw is fairly small and recessed a little but. I can't think of anything at the moment. Please help. Ive only had this thing less than a week and would love for it to work again.

Oh and btw sending it back to manufacturer under warranty is not an option.

Thanks so much for your help.
