Default Is this ram compatible

I'm going to be ordering all my parts in about a week and need to make sure everything is compatible, I'm planning on using a GIGABYTE GA-MA770-UD3 with an AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz Socket AM3 95W Triple Core.

These are the two ram types I've been looking at what confuses me is I see some people mention it works with AMD while others say it doesn't. So I'm wondering if anyone can confirm it.

Note: Due to AMD AM2+ CPU limitation, memory module DDR2 1066 or above speed is only supported by 1 dimm per channel.
So, anything above DDR2 800 will only run at it's full speed on one RAM Slot
per channel. (or slot color)

Yes, there is an AMD limitation.
