Okay I don't know how to explain this very well so I'll do the best I can. So I need to reinstall windows on my mom's computer, but first I want to grab some files off, I have the HDD connected to my laptop with one of these:
![]() Now the problem is I can't access her files because she has a password on her user account. I have the password but I have nowhere to enter it. So basically, how can I access these files? |

take ownership of the directories.
