HP deskjet 3650

I plugged in my old HP deskjet 3650 into my new computer, since I googled a driver earlier and the hp site said that I didn't have to download it, Vista will download the driver on it's own. It worked fine when I plugged it in, but when I looked through the installed programs list in control panel, I couldn't find the printer driver. I looked into the printer section of control panel and it shows up.

So, where did the driver go? Thanks in advance for answering.

Vista just installed the driver to allow your printer to print properly. It did not install any software that you would find in the Add/Remove Programs control panel. As long as you see it in the device manager and under the Printers control panel, you will be fine.

Have you tried to print from anything yet?
