Alright, here is my final decisions, just wanted to make sure that everything is compatible, and that everything will work for my needs. I play games almost never, so i don't need a good video card. I watch tons of movies, play tons of music, and surf the internet ALL the time. Let me know if this is a good setup ASAP as i want to order.

I don't know about that processor. For simply watching videos, playing music, and surfing the web you might want to save money and go with a much cheaper Athlon XP/Sempron or Pentium 4 setup. A processor that fast would be justifiable if you were a heavy gamer, but really...overkill and a half there...

I concur entirely: machine is quite overkill for those tasks, you could probably scale back $600 easy if you got a machine more tailored to the needs

I think the machine is so powerful to meet your needs."I play games almost never, so i don't need a good video card. " So, the SAPPHIRE 587L Radeon X600PRO 128MB $83 is overkill, and ATI9700 is ok. Memory is so large ,and 512MB is OK. Then, you can save a lot
