Default Press F1 To Continue...

I'm out of town right now, and was just thinking about my computer and thing's I havent fully finished with it. One thing I noticed I diddnt take care of, that will get annoying fast, is Right when I turn on the computer. Right when I turn it on, The ASUS Motherboard thing comes on as usual, Than goes to a black screen with white words, and my speakers go: (female voice) No Floppy Detected. This Screen doesnt go away untill I hit F1. What do I need to do so that it will boot up without me hitting that? Thanks -
