Exclamation Ram disappeared

I'm running Windows 64 bit and have 4g ram installed. When going to os properties and in bios, both recognize the 4g, however, all programs and msconfig show that only 3g is available. My only thought on why this could be is due to the fact that I was running fedora via virtualbox a while back and allocated 1g ram to it. I have since deleted the the virtual pc and uninstalled virtualbox, but the ram is still gone. If anyone knows how I can get my comp back to full performance help would be much appreciated.

Arrow Tried

Thanks for the response, however I had noted that was a possibility through regular searches before posting, and I also concluded that due to the fact that I am running 64bit and not 32 and the fact that it was working previously that the issue is with something else.
