Default Good TV tuner card

What's a good TV tuner card available for under AU$150?
By "good" i mean that it's:
-easy to install/setup
-the software enables you to record TV programs, set time recording, has the time-slip feature, is able to run in the background (i.e. recording doesnt interfere with watching or doing other things like playing games etc).

You will not be able to find one that won't interfere with the computer some what for captureing unless you capture at some low resolution. To cut back on system usage, you need one with real time hardware encoding. It can't be software crap, it MUST be hardware. Usally you can tell if they are hardware by a RAM chip on the board and many have a heatsync on them, too.

If you want to watch TV and record, I beleive you'd also have to have 2 tuners. Very few allow you to do this, but I beleive K-World has one about like what you're looking for. Let me just say I have a cheaper one from them(I wanted one just to watch TV when I get to school) and it's CRAP! Hopefully their more expensive ones are better, but I can't say for sure.

Sorry I cant be direct with my answer, but there are SOOO many out there to choose from
