Looking for help. Have copied data onto a newly-formatted CD-RW on a XP Home Laptop, but can't read programs such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint, because I get an error message advising me to run chkdsk as files are unreadable or corrupt. This only happens when I use CD-RW on Desktop running XP Home. It has worked fine on laptop and on other folks' PCs. Any advice much appreciated. Storing same programs onto USB Flashdrive caused no such problem.
