OK, first off I have no clue how Isrealian(?) dollars compare to USD unless you mean those are converted from whatever to USD. I'm going to assume that...

The video card is a rip. Newegg has that one for $300. Probably a pretty good choice, but more people seem to be going with nvidia's cards. If you wait a bit, I beleive their next series is comming out shortly, and you could probably get a 6800 series for pretty cheap. ATI will probably be follwoing soon if you really want ATI.

RAM looks to be a good deal. You might want more, but 512M should do alright, at least to get started. Now, that's DDR2... You're asking if a mobo and have an AMD processor. AMD's can't use DDR2. Well, they might be able to, but no faster than PC3200(I've heard slower with DDR2 RAM) So I'd reccodmend you looking for some plain PC3200 RAM.

As for a Mobo, most people here seem to like Asus. Personally, I'd go with Abit(I have the AN8 as my sig shows) and I've been quite pleased with it along with the other Abit mobos I've owned.

do u think that a AMD ATHLON 64BIT 3200+ 512K 939PIN BOX will be good with new games like BF2 and B&W2 ? or should i take an intel with DDR2 ?
and is the 6800 series equal to the X800XL ?
and for the mobo could u tell me which exact model i should buy ?

thanks for all the help

Yes the processor should be fine. Really, the 3500+ would be a nicer choice unless you intend to overclock. The 6800 (GT) is rouhly comparable to the X800XL. What features are you looking for in the motherboard?

that seems a little much for a +3200, try this instead http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103535 i know its not a huge price difference, but 40 bucks is 40 bucks.. and thats a good video card, very comparable to the 6800gt, they run neck and neck in almost everything, sometimes the ATI wins sometimes the Nvidia wins, just depends on which game it is....my X800 XL was 250, but i bought it refurbished off of Newegg...they had refurbed ones as low as 200, but they sold them all before i could snatch one, they may have some more later...but anyway i just thought i would help you save a little money on that CPU, another choice if your into overclocking would be to pick up a +3000 and a good overclocking board and memory, they easily overclock to +3500 speeds...im going to keep mine stock for now, but if the need arises ill know what to do

as for your motherboard try this article on for size http://www.tomshardware.com/motherboard/20050103/

usually you cant go wrong with a big manufacturer such as DFI, Asus, MSI, and there are others that are good too, but those are ones that people around here love.

What about Abit?! I guess I'm just stuck on that brand because that was what I used in my first computer, and it's still running perfectly. I never had ANY problems out of it(other than harddrive failures, Maxtor related )
