Wiping System...need help!!
Sorry, I am back and still need help! I recently purchased a used laptop and it currently has administrator passwords on it that I cannot get past. What do I do to get rid of these? No one has seemed to be able to help. I was told about a Utility Boot CD, but don't where to get this. I really hope that I can get past this and use the computer that I bought. Let me know if you can help. Thanks!!
