hi, i'm looking for a laptop with a TV tuner and decent graphics, which i'm going to buy at the end of june when i get paid, and it has come down to one of the following:

i have bought from Asus before so i'd like to go with them again, however the Acer is cheaper and has better specs. i'd like to hear peoples experiences with either of those laptops, especially how noisy they are, as the websites dont say.
