My grandchild has obtained a full PC load of viruses and all kinds of ugly things. And the "Installer DVD" is placed on a hidden partition on the SATA drive. And he did not burn a security DVD when the computer was new. Now I am not able to do anything. I need a copy of the installer DVD burned from the same type of computer. OR very good advices. I can only boot in safe mood. In normal mood everything is locked, and more that 50 copies of Windows Explorer cover the desktop. So what do I do?
