cant convert wav to mp3, ACM codec problem. Need Help!!!

i have ripped a audio file of a concert which the sound format is in Dolby Digital 5.1. i used VirtualDub to rip and saved as a wav. file, its about 140MB. Now i wanna convert that into a mp3 file so i used dbPowerAMP but i get an error saying ACM codec is not installed. Then i DID install ACM codec (AC-3 ACM Decompressor 0.7) but no results, aslo there is another issue that this particular program is not compatible with wondows xp. so how do i convert this wav file that is encoded with DD5.1 to a mp3 stereo?

Use beSweet (from http://dspguru.doom9.net/ or http://dspguru.notrace.dk/ or http://www.digital-digest.com/dvd/do...s/besweet.html) to do a dump to LPCM/MP3
