Default Dominators or Reapers?

Both 1066Mhz OCZ Reapers and Corsair Dominators are the same price. Don't know which one to go for though?

Corsair, my luck with ocz hasnt been the greatest. Just to run the stock speeds/timings on my ddr3 i have to run 1.9v instead of regular 1.7v...And its not defective ram either... just doesnt like nvidia chipsets for some reason. The ocz ddr2 though is alright, but i prefer corsair.

Corsair Dominators for aesthetics, performance difference between the 2 is probably minimal. It's just that the Reapers are **** ugly.

I think the Reapers look sexy, might be just me.

Either way you go will be a nice upgrade. I don't think there's a difference at all between the two as far as performance goes. Go for aesthetics or cooling capabilities.

The dominators are sick danny. I used to own the 2GB set. Are going with 4 gigs? BTW, you'll have to OC to 1066 or above; they run out of the box at 800.

Yeah, I'll be getting 4GB. Though 2X 2GB sticks, instead of the 4X 1GB sticks I have now.

Really? That'd odd. Not really a problem though. Thanks, Mike!

Yeah, just check the speed they're running at in the BIOS. If they're at 800, raise the speed to 1066-ish and make sure the voltage is at 2.1. You gettin the fan too?
