pos and clicks in my audio

Hi there.

Lately I have been having trouble with my computer. There have been pops and clicks in my audio, especially noticable when I am watching Blu-Ray movies.

It hardly happens at all when playing DVDs therefore I am thinking that it is related to the amount of processing power beign used. when wathcing Blu-Rays my CPU usage sits pretty consistently about 60 per cent.

Does anybody have any ideas why this is happening? any help would be appreciated
