I was wondering if it is possible that when a floppy disk is inserted into a computer that the program within is active and begins to run without you ever having to click on it. Kind of like if there was a game and when i put the floppy disk inside it automatically opened itself. If this is possible please respond and teach me how
. Thank you very muchSteve |

With Windows it has autoplay, so it should. There's not many games on floppies these days. What are you trying to get to run?

The only way that could happen would be with 3rd party software, and if you did find it then it would constantly have to keep checking the floppy drive for a s=disk, this would result in the floppy drive constantly making that grunting noise you hear. Easy to do with a CD but probably not with a floppy.
