Bluetooth not working on Toshiba Satellite
Hi there,
My late model (Nov 08) Satellite came with usual Vista and bells and whistles including the pre-installed comms software. Device manager leads me to believe that it has built in BT but I could only work the Toshiba BT software by using an old school USB BT dongle (rather than any built in hardware) until...... Later it tells me that the 60day trial period has elapsed. So now it won't run (even with dongle). I therefore tried installing things like Bluesoleil to no avail; saying that I should contact Toshiba for a BT Stack or something or rather. What to do? What is a "BT stack"? Appreciate your help. |
