Hey guys, I have a problem...
Im running a 9800GTX+ (PNY) in my system, when I play games it will regularly get up to 70 -80c. I don't know whats the safe temperature for these cards, but that seems a bit hot. Recently after about 1hr of playing a game it will sometimes reach 80-90c and my system will crash. It is not overclocked, I have removed as much dust as I can from it, the fan is set at 100%. I don't want to have to buy an aftermarket cooler for it, cant really afford it at the moment. Is there anything else I can do to cool it down? (there is currently 1 case fan also pointed at the card) thanks, Dave.
