Looking for a good card around 120. This seems like a pretty decent one, but i want some more opinions before i place an order. Thanks

GTS 250 is a repackaged 9800GTX+, which is an overclocked 9800, which is a repackaged 8800. It sounds funny when you say it like that.
EVGA only offers a 2 year warranty. BFG has lifetime warranty on all their video cards. Make sure you have plenty of room. Some reviews complain that the card is too big. So big: "I had to move my HDD to a different slot", "blocks my SATA slots". Make sure you have enough power to supply this card. What are you upgrading from?

No. The GTS 250 is upgraded, with new BIOS and single power plug.
