I had wifi issues at my house. Comcast came and put in a new router. I know the tech person added some stuff (Comcast Sites and Security) to my desktop. I don't know that he did anything to my config but I had wifi at home no problem. Sunday I flew and in the airline club I could not access wifi. I was connected and the strength was good/excellent but I could not get into a browser or email.
Now I am at my second house and the same issue. I can get online using the LAN but cannot thru the wifi. I am connected and the signal strength is excellent. What could be the matter? |

The head IT guy from my Bonaire cable provider came to my house here in the Caribbean. The Comcast tech had put a static address in my network wireless adapter if that makes sense? I have wifi now.
