which combo is better?
Gigabyte GA-K8NS Socket 754 ATX Motherboard and AMD Athlon 64 3200+ Processor

or

MSI K8N Neo4-F S.939 nF 4 AMD Athlon 64 3000+ 1.8 GHz Socket 939

Socket 939 has more features(dual channel RAM), and will be much easier to upgrade later on if you so choose.

Agreed although Gigabyte is a good brand, they still tend to do better for Intel boards than for AMD
