Do you have a link to that case? I'd like to check out the PSU.

id say you should probably get a new power supply as well, the ones that come with cases arent known for being the greatest, take a look at PSU 101 and it should help you know what to look for in a power supply

speaking of amd... i've read so much about amd vs intel that it's done my head in. is it neither here nor there (ie they're pretty much on the same par) or is there a significant difference?

performancewise, amd and intel are about the same. benchmarks shows that amd's are a tad bit better but nothing noticeable. i just go with amd because it's always cheaper

Alot of the parts, (CPU, RAM, HDD wouldn't have a place to plug into after the 2 ROMS are installed, video card) they don't match the mobo you are trying to use. I would suggest a different mobo for those parts, maybe something like: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157034 just for example. And prolly a better PSU, read PSU 101 for that.

Is this something a computer store said they would build you?
