Default problem running sandbox 2 installer

hey guys, i finally found a working download link to the sandbox editor for crysis, ( I have warhead and it doesnt come with it). anyway when i go to intstall it says that i do not have sufficient privledges to install. but i am set to administer and I am the only use on this computer? any idea how to overcome this? thanks alot!!!!

under vista, try right clicking the installer and running as administrator, although your user account actually says admin u still dont have full admin rights, heres a link to show u how to unlock full admin

ok great, i got that part, its installed and when i go to open it it says

ERROR: Could not access SHAllocator.dll (check working dir, currently: C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\Crytek\Crysis\Bin64)


i got no idea what this means, i tried re-installing and everything

So what Operating System do you have? Because I have 64-bit Win7 RC and when I install it I can't under the C drive. But yeh, re-install it, plus where did you download from? Could be corrupt.
