Default Gateway e-2000, Light gaming computer....?

I'm 15 years old and i just got an old gateway e-2000 from my friend for free. since im on a budget i figured i would turn it into a light gaming computer, rather than spending tons of cash on a brand new computer.
Could i put a new, modern graphics card in this or am i stuck with the stock 2-D graphics card.
oh and i noticed the case is really thin and it seems like a new graphics card wont even fit.

Specs:
