Question One SSD better than two HDDs' Raid 0 ? (or Vice Versa ?)

Like the title says...
I was thinking of getting the corsair p128 SSD
here:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820233087
or two HDDs (maybe SAS?) in raid 0?

...which would be Faster is my main concern?
... it seems like the SSD would be more Reliable though, right?...

Yep though for that much cash not worth it imo.

Though for price saving love you could 2x of these drives http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148395

and RAID0 them.

66.8mb min and 132.3mb max with a 106 average and a 189.8mb burst rate. This is with ONE drive...id love to see raid speeds ^-^

They would come close to 1 SSD drive and cost only $100 vs $300+

BTW this week only use EMCHDD10A for a code for 6-10 dollars off any HDD ^-^

Raid speeds are pretty sweet with 7200.11 drives, i get around 210MB/s average with 300some Burst in raid 0. So the 7200.12's would probably be even better in raid.

Dont skimp on a power supply,if it fails, it usually takes out other components alongside it.
