Default Need Help Choosing

I Have a 300 Dollar Spending Limit on a new set of speakers. I currently own the Logitech Z-2300's but i'm sending those over to the xbox 360.

I have a ASUS Xonar DX Sound Card, and i'm well aware of the z-5500's but I dont know if I want a 5.1 system.

Here are my choices:

1. Logitech z-5500 $293.00
2. Bose Companion 3 $249.00
3. Creative Gigaworks T3 $200.00+

Please help me choose.

Well, how nice of a system do you need? I have a $100 5.1 system on my desk and I take a $30 2.1 system to LANs and I don't mind the difference, it's all sound to me. From how it looks, I'm sure the Creative system has more than enough power to be a decent set. Do you have a preference of 2.1 vs 5.1?

Well, as an owner of the Logitech Z-5500's, i would recommend them 100%. Good sound quality, good bass(even better if you do a cap mod), plenty of inputs. With a good quality sound card like your xonar, they are great speakers for gaming(i have a set with the fatali1ty x-fi card in my sig rig, great speakers...)

Dont skimp on a power supply,if it fails, it usually takes out other components alongside it.
New? Dont forget to read the rules, Know them so you dont break them:)
