Default Can't run game. My brother can.

So, my brother and I both have Toshiba Satellite laptops and while he can run DotA perfectly, I can't. It feels like I'm lagging the entire time. Super choppy. Anyways, I was hoping you guys could help me sort this out. What's the thing that I can post that lists all my specs and what not? Sorry I'm really noob with all of this stuff. Hope you guys can help me sort this out.

Thanks.

To see a list of all your specs, you can download Belarc Advisor. No clue what game DotA is though.

You can see if you can find it on this site and see it your computer can even run it: http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest

Well unfortunatley you cant upgrade laptops, you could make it better by putting the resolution down. It doesnt matter if you both have the same brand, it matters what graphics card you have, processor and RAM but the most important thing is the graphics card.

Dont skimp on a power supply,if it fails, it usually takes out other components alongside it.

Tried doing that in the game. It helped a little bit but it still feels choppy. My brother is running his default settings and runs the game fine. Same laptop as me. Anything else that I could try to do?
