ok i managed to get it uninstalled and then when i tried to reinstal it it froze with a full bar saying finalising instalation. so i ended the setup process after 15 minutes of waiting and it still would to work so i uninstalled it again and installed it. I tried this about 4 times and got the setup exe from numerous different sites. Why would this happen i mean i cant even open it

cheers

You might have to slave that drive in a different system and run a virus scan on it. If it's too badly infected, you won't get nothing to run that will clean it, which include malwarebytes, superantispyware, or combofix.

You are extremely infected.

When you put the drive into another system what kind of scans did you run and what programs did you use? You need to run virus and malware scans on it. Use AVG free and malwarebytes antimalware, you will have to do full scan and pick the slave drive to scan it.

Have you tried combofix? It may help some to get to where you can at least run other programs?
