Get yourself an aftermarket hsf, other than that looks fine.

Changed case to
Coolermaster Haf 922 Mid Tower ATX Case Black 5X5.25 5X3.5INT Front Audio USB eSATA No PSU

Same case except it's mid instead of full.

They aren't listed on NCIX. Since I'm not going to be overclocking anything myself I'll take it it's not a big deal?

Well, you may overclock in the future, plus cpu will run alot cooler vs stock heatsink.

Is that better, and will both of them fit a mid-tower case fine?
