How much should I sell my broke laptop and parts for

My laptop which is an Acer Extensa 4420-5963 has finished is long awaited death wont cut on at all I have reason to believe it is the motherboard because all the other parts work in my girl friends laptop. I figured i would get more out of selling the parts then selling the laptop as a whole what do you think.

Parts
2X1GB Samsung PC25300S-555-12-E3 RAM
Hitachi 160GB HDD 5400RPM SATA

that's pretty much it i can't get the laptop apart to get the rest out so if you know how that would be great. I have removed all screws and everything that was attached to the casing.

The specs for the whole laptop are
AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core processor TK-47 1.9GHz 2 x 256 KB L2 Cache
14.1" WXGA Acre CrystalBrite LCD
Up to 896MB ATI Radeon Xpress 1250 Hyper-Memory
2 GB DDR2

Yea thats what I was thinking to so I put it up for sell of craigslist for $80 because I know people will try to offer me less. I have already got 4 phone calls from people that wont it but nobody has came to get it yet I did have one guy wonting to bu the ram but decided to wait a day to see If i could sell the whole thing at one time.
